Ninth
Come ninth misty morning, the sky is gone, the mist is gone, the meadows are gone. The air is full of smoke and flames and wondrous scents. The warm is reaching for my brittle bones to kindle them. And the perfumes of the strange night overwhelms all my senses. And the skiff slowly turns to coal and vapors.
